Whether you need help exporting salon grooming recipes, restoring your Pro makeover passes, or verifying device compatibility for Apple Intelligence, we are here to help.
1. Apple Intelligence & Device Requirements
GroomPup is built natively with Apple’s Image Playground framework:
- Recommended Hardware: iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 16 series, or any M-series iPad/Mac running iOS 18.1+ / iPadOS 18.1+.
- Offline Simulation Mode: If running on devices without native Apple Intelligence silicon, GroomPup defaults to a high-fidelity CoreGraphics simulation engine.
2. Pet Privacy & Private Cloud Compute
We respect your pet's privacy as much as your own:
- Makeover generation is handled on-device or via Apple Private Cloud Compute with verifiable cryptographic non-retention.
- Photos are never retained on remote servers, never monetized, and never fed into public training corpuses.
- Pet profiles and exported looks reside in your device's local Application Support sandbox.
3. Restoring Purchases
To restore your GroomPup Pro lifetime access or seasonal styling packs:
- Ensure you are logged into your Apple ID on your device.
- Open GroomPup and go to Settings.
- Tap "Restore Purchases" to refresh your StoreKit receipt.
4. Exporting Salon Recipes for Groomers
After styling your dog, tap "Export Blueprint" to share recommended snap-on comb lengths (e.g. #4 9.5mm velvet crop) and scissoring notes with your professional groomer.
