Terms of Service — Shivray: Swarajya Chronicles

Curriculum-Aligned Educational License

These Terms of Service govern your use of Shivray: Swarajya Chronicles (formerly ShivChhatrapati). By accessing or downloading the app, you agree to these terms, our educational usage standards, and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Shivray: Swarajya Chronicles ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. License Grant & Permitted Educational Use

VedsApp grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ShivChhatrapati on compatible iOS and iPadOS devices for personal, classroom, and family educational study.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or proprietary assets of the App.
You may not redistribute, repackage, or commercially exploit the historical chronicles, custom illustrations, or audio recordings.
Educational institutions and teachers are welcome to use the App in physical classroom lessons to supplement history classes.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All text chronicles, original illustrations, fort blueprints, UI artwork, character designs, audio narrations, translations, and software code are the intellectual property of VedsApp Studio and protected by applicable copyright and international intellectual property laws.

4. Historical Curriculum & Accuracy Disclaimer

The historical content in ShivChhatrapati has been carefully researched based on authoritative historical chronicles (Bakhars), contemporary archives, and the Maharashtra State Board Standard 4 History curriculum. Content is provided "as is" for pedagogical and cultural enrichment.

5. In-App Purchases, Restores & Apple StoreKit

Apple StoreKit Billing: All transactions are processed exclusively through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
Restore Purchases: You can restore non-consumable purchases anytime across your Apple ID devices via App Settings.
Refunds: Managed directly by Apple in accordance with App Store refund policies.
