Zero Personal Data Harvesting & Stateless AI
Shivray: Swarajya Chronicles (formerly ShivChhatrapati) is built with student safety and educational fidelity as our highest priority. We do NOT collect, store, sell, or monetize personal information. All historical chapters, audio narration, and fort codex resources are offline-first, while AI NPC conversations are processed transiently with zero persistent student identification.
1. Educational Mission & Privacy Commitment
At VedsApp Studio, protecting student privacy and providing an inspiring historical learning environment in "ShivChhatrapati: Swarajya Chronicles" is our core pledge. We do not require any user account registration, social login, email collection, or student profiling.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
To ensure complete digital privacy, the App does not harvest or transmit personal identifiers:
- No Personal Identifiers: We do not collect student names, phone numbers, postal addresses, or email addresses.
- No Ad Trackers or IDFA: We do not track Apple IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) or vendor IDs for behavioral advertising.
- No Device Sensor Misuse: The App does not access your microphone, camera, contacts, or photo library without explicit user interaction.
- No Geolocation Tracking: We do not track, log, or store GPS or real-time location data.
- No Third-Party Ad Trackers: The App contains zero commercial ad networks or data-brokering SDKs.
3. AI NPC Dialogue & Speech Narration Privacy
ShivChhatrapati includes an "AI NPC Chat" feature allowing students to converse with historical personas (such as Shivaji Maharaj, Rajmata Jijabai, and Royal Scholars) and listen to Indic speech narration powered by OpenRouter and Sarvam AI.
- Ephemeral Processing: Student queries are transmitted via secure HTTPS/TLS encryption to specialized AI inference endpoints solely to generate real-time historical responses.
- Zero Student Profiling: Queries are anonymized and processed statelessly; they are never linked to student identities or accounts.
- No AI Model Training: Student dialogue is NOT used to train public foundational AI models.
- Safe & Guardrailed: Strict safety filters ensure conversations stay focused on authentic historical curriculum.
4. Information Stored Locally on Your Apple Device
All personal curriculum progress is saved exclusively on your physical iOS/iPadOS device using Apple’s secure local storage APIs (UserDefaults / CoreData / Keychain):
- Chapter completion progress across all 18 Std 4 curriculum lessons
- Swarajya Journey campaign unlocks and milestone badges
- Forts Codex bookmarks and unlocked fort blueprints
- Trilingual vocabulary glossary bookmarks and language preferences (Marathi, Hindi, English)
This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
5. In-App Purchases & Apple StoreKit
All optional historical expansions or educational unlocks are processed directly and securely through Apple StoreKit using your Apple ID credentials. We never receive or store credit card numbers or billing data.
