Summary & Apple EULA Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Gridwork: Habit Tracker. By installing or accessing the App, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Gridwork offers an optional Pro upgrade available via Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime purchases managed through your Apple ID account.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Apple Standard EULA

By downloading, installing, or using Gridwork: Habit Tracker, you enter into a binding legal agreement with VedsApp Studio. This application is licensed, not sold, to you for use strictly under the terms of the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Free Tier & Pro Upgrade In-App Purchases

Gridwork provides a fully functional Free Tier alongside optional Pro premium tiers:

3. Subscription Billing, Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

If you choose to subscribe to Gridwork Pro:

Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Renewal Billing: Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the regular subscription price.
Cancellation & Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your iOS device: Settings > [Your Apple ID Name] > Subscriptions.
Refunds: All transaction processing and refund requests are governed by Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

4. Health & Fitness Informational Disclaimer

Gridwork: Habit Tracker and its Apple Health auto-sync functionality are designed exclusively for personal organizational, habit-tracking, and motivational purposes:

Gridwork is NOT a medical device, clinical diagnostic tool, or licensed healthcare provider.
No data, calculations, or visualizations provided by the App constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
Always consult with a qualified medical professional before beginning any intense physical exercise, diet, or lifestyle regimen.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL VEDSAPP STUDIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and applicable international consumer protection regulations.
