Terms of Service — Claw Logic

Personal Entertainment License
These Terms of Service govern your use of Claw Logic. By downloading, accessing, or playing the game, you agree to these terms, our fair play guidelines, and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing Claw Logic ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
2. License Grant & Permitted Use
VedsApp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play Claw Logic on compatible Apple iOS, iPadOS, and macOS devices that you own or control. This license is strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or disassemble the App or its puzzle generation algorithms.
- You may not extract, re-publish, or commercially exploit the cat companion illustrations, character art, sound effects, or puzzle levels.
- You may not use bots, automated scripts, or cheat modifications to manipulate daily challenge records.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All assets within Claw Logic — including character designs (Mochi, Oliver, Luna, Bella, Snowball, Boba), puzzle boards, pastel UI styling, haptic animations, sound effects, and software code — are the exclusive property of VedsApp Studio and protected by international intellectual property laws.
4. In-App Purchases, Restores & Apple StoreKit
- Billing & Processing: Handled exclusively through Apple In-App Purchases under Apple Media Services Terms.
- Restoring Purchases: Non-consumable purchases can be restored at any time across your Apple devices using the "Restore Purchases" button in Settings.
- Refunds: Managed directly by Apple in accordance with Apple App Store refund policies.
